A few weekends ago, two of our very own Aerialogists, Laura Pence and Senora Loop, were invited to perform by Krescendo and Keepin’ It Deep for the Official Indy 500 Snakepit After Party. They happily accepted, and it almost goes without saying that it was a super rad time, and our aerialists really enjoyed themselves. From jamming out in Aerialogy’s favorite stripey leotards (thank you Harmony Threads) on the silks with DJ Party Favor providing a soundtrack, to collapsing with eighty bottles of water in the dressing room, it was a crazy fun time and our gals wold definitely do it again.
There were about 1500 people or so, two DJs, Cadillac G and Party Favor, many go-go dancers, plenty of drinks and dancing, and, of course, our aerialists adding just the extra pop needed to the night. And by night, we mean All Night Long, from 10 PM to 3 AM, to be exact.
It was certainly a night to be remembered (and a morning they won’t forget- yikes! to all the muscles). What a perfect way to top off the race, and party and silk the way into Memorial Day.
Oh- and don’t forget pictures. We have lots of them, thanks to the lovely, talented Jar Turner. Overall, a super fun time with wonderfully talented people to totally make you feel like it’s 2016. Happy belated race day, all.
